Looking for a cascading
effect while finding a massive drop to a lower gorge area, try
Broke Leg Falls. The upper part of the falls goes cascading back
and forth, hence the name. Kids of all ages will love walking
under the falls.

THE GLADIE CABIN: is a reconstructed
log home dating back to the late 1800's, during the logging period of
Kentucky's history. Nearby Gladie Creek was home to many families who
frequented the small community center at the mouth of Gladie Creek. There
was a school, cemetery, and small store. Today, the Gladie Historic Site
still features the Gladie cabin and shows what life would have been like for
these early settlers.

NATURAL BRIDGE STATE RESORT PARK: Discover a geologic wonder at this 48 acre park. Examine the only naturally formed white marble arch and man-made white marble dam in North America, and tour an abandoned marble quarry.
CARRINGTON ROCK: a historic hilltop landmark that stands watch over the 18th hole at Carrington Green Golf Course
DONATHAN ROCK: a prominent landmark, is a massive boulder balanced on an outcropping of rock atop a hill overlooking Frenchburg. Donathan Rock climbs to 1,158 feet above sea level.
RED RIVER GORGE GEOLOGICAL AREA/WILD
AND SCENIC RIVER: 25,500 acre natural scenic wonder of sandstone
cliffs, rock formations, and a magnificent wilderness. Great for hiking,
rock climbing, camping, and river recreation.

TATER KNOB LOOKOUT TOWER: a restored fire tower that offers a breathtaking view of Menifee, Bath, and Rowan Counties.
CAVE RUN LAKE: 8,270 acres, offers a wide variety of recreation. Longbow Marina and Leatherwood Boat Ramp are located in Menifee.
